Northern Diver makes a solid suit. I had a northern diver vortex and was never able to wear it out. The seams are welded very well in will likely never give you any trouble. The suit is far more durable and supple than the tls material. They consider every detail. It's a very strong, well built suit. Only problem is ND service here in the US. Seatec can replace seals though for around $35. Would highly recomend Seatec for seal replacement. Very cheap and very good work and service.

For my money... the DUI CLX 450 Signature Series; with kevlar knee pads, and pockets on both legs. Add the DUI BC and weight system and you are good to go for any dive.

I spend many, many hours in the 450... actually I traded up from the Viking Sport. No regrets!
