I dive with a 4 mil compressed neoprene drysuit with mid range thermal protection under garments, steel HP worthington 100 bottle, S/S backplate I am 6'1" 210 lbs and use 16lbs to 20lbs of ballast depending on my undergarment, Like to be over weight a little when diving below 40F so I can add extra air to help keep me warm, oh before I forget this is for freshwater, for sea water I use 22lbs to 26lbs. When diving double steel HP 100's need Olbs to 4lbs of ballast.
