I think what happened is someone bid but put in a max bid of 200 bucks, and I think that was the reserve price so at the end of auction they raised the bid to meet the reserve while still within the persons max.

I feel like I dodged a bullet on this one.

If you dont meet the reserve you dont have to buy unless the seller lowers the reserve befor the aution ends.
