Dry Glove Tool?

Hello,

I am looking to make a dry glove installiton tool. Basically, it is a ring of plastic with a 30 degree cut in it. I am looking for the material. I need to find a plastic material that is:

5" OD
Wall Thickness is .3"
ID is 4.5"


Any suggetions? The used Delron. Does anyone have hay scrap they would be willing to part with?
