Does sex tourism in Thailand/Asia mean greater number of 'pests' in diving there?

I have been to Thailand 2 times 5 weeks each time. I have never been bothered by anyone about sex. Because I don't choose to go to the areas where this accurse. You will find ladyboys in Phuket, tourist give them tips to have a picture taken with them. They are only in a small area, and I have never had one hit on me.

All the people I dove with were all great. I plan on retiring there one day. Thai people have always been very kind to me.
