Hmmmm.

Fields need mowing.

Truck needs washing, sanding and paint touch-up.

Trailer needs washing.

Fences need repair.

Horse(s) need to be ridden (and now horse is to be moved to more expensive barn?)

Ig rides should be videotaped for further review.

Doesn't look like any lettuces/basil/cukes will be planted.

Since 1 July 2005 female spousal unit has >150 dives and expended >$(we won't actually begin to quanitfy THAT number)

Hmmmm -- And just how SHOULD the male spousal unit (who spends most of his workdays in a basement office an hour commute from home) feel?

Okay, my list for the summer is as follows:
-clear blackberries
-clear brush, fallen tree branches
-burn brush, trimmings, branches, etc.
-kill grass/weeds in driveway (1/4 mile long, gravel)
-clean barn (it's a big one)
-weatherize decking
-kill/remove moss on roof
-clean gutters
-fix bathroom ceiling
-fix bathroom sink
-fix fencing (not too bad, just three strands of electric fence/T posts)
-replace small pond
-construct larger pond/waterfall for koi (raccoon-proof, this time)
-get the plants/trees in the ground that I recently purchased
-get property on the market
-help my mom finish painting interior of two story home
-help my mom with her landscaping (I'm still following orders)
-edit photos from Key Largo trip last month
-get my photos into an online gallery so I can share on SB
-I'm sure I've forgotten a multitude of other things before selling property
-oh, yeah, I get to go to my real job so I can get a rest

On second thought, I think I'm going to the coast tomorrow. I'm tired already!

Perhaps instead of koi you need pirhanas ... the racoons will learn to leave 'em alone ... :eyebrow:

I turned my buddy onto sea kayaking. Now all he wants to do is to take his wife and kayak around in two of their six kayaks. :(

Maybe I'll have to become a solo diver. :D

Yeah ... thanks a lot. He wasn't just your buddy, ya know ...

hey, these issues are out of my league.

I have a nice simple man that just tells me what I can do and what I can't. (some of us need that)

I need to try that with my wife someday, maybe when I am ready to commit suicide, then she will do it for me. :D

I hope your guy knows how special you are.....

that is a nice thing to say.

I blew it the first time, maybe I try harder now!

OE2X, although the rest of us are poor substitutes for UP, there are still some people you COULD dive with in Puget Sound, who fumble around but trying to live up to the standard. When we are allowed to, that is. When we have mowed enough pastures to be permitted to dive . . .

I met my primary dive buddy on April 22, 1991 ... I was sitting there and the doctor handed him to me saying something like "He's yours." It took about 12 years, but he has turned into a very good dive buddy ... except that now he wants a car.
