You are very correct, although some will say that they will lose their ability to sell the product if they discount over the "approved" 10% - like the customer is going to call Scubapro and boast about their discount!ScubaPro enforces MAP (minimum advertised price) but not fixed prices. Most ScubaPro retailers will offer discounts at the cash register. They do discourage below retail pricing but register discount are difficult to police.
