Advice where to buy basic dive equipment for 10 people

You didn't state new, so I will mention it. I have 6 sets of diving recreational regs sets listed for $100 each. I doubt you will find a better price. I would take $500 for all 6 sets shipped to the east coast.

Most manufacturers have an "institutional" discount which may be 30% or more. Make sure you mention anything in your NGO's favour, conservation, research, etc. when asking for quotes. You may be pleasantly surprised how much you can save, and of course if one manufacturer offers a discount it can be a bargaining point with all the others.

I'd contact in-Africa sources not in US. The Manufacturers' departments that are responsible for the specific market region the OP is covering. They will probably be considered a "dive school" and hence get dive school discount.

Hi there! I am looking at buying the basic set of dive gear (fins, mask, BCD, reg, octo, gauge, wetsuit,...) for a group of 10 people. It is for an NGO so price is a big factor and I can't wait for sales. Does anybody have recommendations of stores where to get that at a good price? The equipment needs to be delivered to the East Coast so I guess online is better (I am managing this from the West Coast). Thank you.

Also, what's the Scubapro equivalent of the AQUALUNG PRO HD bcd?

I would first look into the web diving groups, where you can find good equipment for a very fair price, and if that is not an option, look into diver's supply, they have great prices.
