Hello

Im based in the UK & this is my first post :)

I have been snorkeling for years (mainly caribbean) with OK but pretty old cheapish equipment.

I have now managed to induct my wife & 2 daughters (mid 20's) & am keen to buy some new gear as we are off in February to the Maldives.

I have been looking for decent mid-priced snorkel & masks but have been finding the choice rather bewlidering, particularly as most online articles with recommendations relate to equipment only available in the US.

I was wondering if anyone may be able to recommend specific models that are readily available in the UK ?

Any advice greatly appreciated

Welcome. Don't recall if it's possible to edit a thread title, but might help to add "UK" to the beginning of the title.

Try to locate a local dive shop. Masks need to fit to the face, so a test and also having someone with knowledge at hand would be better than buy online.

Dive shops habe snorkel equipment as well, as its the "ABCc" first equipment for diving as well.
