Question Diving with combat boots : how do you lace them ?

Hi folks,

Changed my rock boots recently for a pair of combat boots : more comfortable, that the reason why.

Only drawback is lacing first, then untying them all the way to get out of them. Not a real problem, but not really convenient. Any solution to prevent that ?

I don't know if this answers the question, but I skip every other eyelet when threading laces on my (fake) Converse boots.

Why should I ? Those are for diving at home.
