I'm off this week and looking to meet up with anyone else to go diving with in Massachusetts area during the day on Tue, Wed, Thurs. Have a lobster license and a boat weather permitting. Also off work next week.

PM me if interested!

Just got out of work and saw the post. I'm thinking of diving tomorrow but will decide in the early A.M.

April 19th I did my first dive this year - in Narragansett, RI. My first thought upon submerging was "God, that's cold!" Any dive deep enough to require a boat would compress my wet suit far too much for April water.

in Salem off my boat. Water was 39-40° at depth of 45 feet. Vis was terrible ( 6 inchs-1 foot) so scalloping was near impossible. Remarkably, when I got shallower around an island, the water was 45° and the vis got up to 5 feet. My drysuit decided to be a wetsuit so only did 2 hour BT total. Hopefully I will get out next Friday.

Boat is back in the water so boat diving resumes in earnest. I am using new gear this year (bp/wings/etc.) so I wanted to play with everything in the shallows at Great Misery. Mon we hit the Poling and had a great dive. I'm planning to get out tomorrow am before the winds pick up.

I'm doing two pond dives tomorrow, followed by a Poling/SNL on sunday. Those should cover the required dives for the Adv. Nitrox part of my class, then it'll just be a couple on the U853 and Bass to finish out the rec. trimix. :D

I thought we're just doing Poling/Poling on Sunday.
