I have gone with Capt. Dale three times this summer, and he first rate in all departments. Every trip was great.
Another op that you might consider is N'Pursuit: http://www.npursuitcharters.com/
Capt. Mike Tapper goes out of Hobart, IN at the southern end of the lake where the wrecks are easy, shallow dives.
I am putting togeather a charter with N'Pursuit for the afternoon of Sept. 24 and morning of the 25th. Mike has a dive-and-stay deal with Trumps hotel, details on his web site. PM me or contact Mike directly. At last count we still have three openings.

I am not sure if N'Pursuit is the same charter that my LDS planned to have a local dive trip last year. They cancled the trip because of the charter's hidden charges that wasn't addressedd up front on the reservation. Anyway, that LDS was also horrible and greedy one so that I can't believe his words though. I will check their AD at home. I am sure I still have it for the future reference.

I still have the ad about that trip at home

Thanks for the feedback on Capt. Dale. I will look into N'Pursuit Charters and the weekend of Sept. 24 (have to check with the wife). Maybe I'll join you.

Please do check and make sure we don't inadvertantly discuss "issues" about a particular charter that may or may not be true. Thanks.

I have dove with the Enterprise for years. I love Dave - and no that is not a mispelling,

Sunday the water temp on the Car Ferry Milwaukee (off Milwaukee and 117 feet) was 41 degrees. I would recomend at least a seven mil suit!!!!!

The Enterprise is big and slow. Because it is a six pack you will have plenty of room. Going to the Straits wreck is a very long haul and they only do on full day charters. They do do several wrecks that are close though that can be 100 feet plus and cold.

Who is Dave as opposed to Dale?

Dave is the DM, Dale is the captain. I believe they are co-owners.
When I went out last time it was $85/half day, $145/full day.
