I wanted to send out a huge thanks to all the people that made my first Great Lakes wreck dive such a memorable weekend!
We did a two tank dive with Bruno's. We dove on the Strong and Regina.
I wanted to thank Bruno's crew for going out of their way to make our weekend celebration such a memorable time.

~ My dive buddy, Sam was celebrating his 100th dive so they made a laminated sign for him to take underwater that had his name/date and 100th dive on it. It was awesome!! Thanks so much Tracey!
~they had a birthday cake at the campfire for the 3 birthday celebrations...they sang the regular birthday song, then all the 'Brits' added a different verse, that most of us hadn't heard before.
~we recieved a Great Lakes wreck diver shirt
~the crew (even some not on our boat) made sure I got the sticker I was requesting

Again, thanks so much for making this weekend such a great time!

I think I am hooked on another part of diving.... diving the Great Lakes shipwrecks!

Did you dive a wetsuit? What were the water temps like?

Congrats on the first GL dive

Yes! I am 'frozen chozen!' :) I wore my 7mm. The water was 62F.
Diving the GL shipwrecks had been on my to do list for awhile, I am glad I finally took the time to actually do it!

Mike~No worries...I am sure I will find myself that direction again! Maybe you can show me around the wrecks another time!?!?

Cam~I too was sad you could not join us (you would have loved it.)...but, I think I am even sadder it took me so long to dive up there! Boy, was I missing out!

Looking forward to seeing everyone at the Meet n Greet in a couple weeks for sure.
We definitely need to plan some wreck dives next year!

Just block out the weekends of July 2012 that will be a good start.
I had more fun than should be allowed!
Great people and incredible memories and friendships for life!
Ask Rick what "sporty diving" is? You will have plenty of laughs!
