Like she says, crescent or dog beach on South extension of Honokohau Harbor is where you see tigers sharks/ dolphins. But it’s also a beach dive ( cheaper !) with a bit tricky walk over shaky lava (I bring a walking stick for balance) to small sandy ‘crescent’ beach. Scout it w/out gear first. Entry easy after that. Beware boat traffic on outside of little cove as it’s the mouth of the harbor. See them about 1/3 dives there, usually 60-80 ft. Listen for dolphin clicks too, they come by and are awesome. Surprisingly nice dive.

The Manta Dive and Pelagic Dives are must do. Whale sharks are being seen more and more -ask your operator on latest- still would be quite lucky.
