I dive a full 3 mm year round down here, but my dives tend to be shallow and I usually don't dive on consecutive days or do more than 1-2 dives in a day.

Edit: I am the kind of person who tends to not get cold that easily.

I'm a drysuit diver from Indiana. Dive all year round no matter the temps.

I went to West Palm Beach in Feb- Air temp was low 80's water temp was 72-74 I dove a full 3mm suit and was fine. I run warm though. No hood just some lightweight gloves for hand protection.

Another diver I was with got cold on the second dive after 45mins or so.
