Im looking at a job there for a few weeks and I was wondering about the diving there? I don't recal hearing anyting about it. Whats the diving like there? Thanks in advance!

The best diving is off the coast. Lots of wrecks. The better ones are farther off coast. You can count on temps in the low 50s, vis anywhere from 5-30 feet, currents depending on where you go. There are also some decent shore diving sites. You should also check out Dutch Springs while in NJ. I'm still a novice at NJ diving, but I'm working on that. I have family there and travel back there often. I'll be there in a couple of weeks and have a couple of days of diving scheduled.

BTW you might get more info in the Wreck Valley forum.

Hi Wildcard,
Diving in NJ is like a box of chocalates, you know the rest.
Wreck diving is the norm, with depths from 50fsw to full on trimix deco. There is a lot of info on the web, njscuba is one of the best, hundreds of pages of all pertinent info on nj diving.
