Just finished our OW certification dives in Key Largo. Went with Sail Fish Scuba and had a wonderful experience. They are a smaller outfit but I think that is one of their strengths. Their max number if divers is four so you get incredible personal attention. Their staff is super nice and patient. We went with my 12 year old son so they can accommodate anyone. If you're in the Keys check them out
