They are great, they have a couple "local" store locations. Their prices in store are typically about 10% less than their online price and they're my go-to for tank and reg service.

In store HOG TBCS is an awesome deal.

I've ordered quite a bit from them this year. Back orders have been an issue, but I assume it's supply chain stuff. However, when when items do come in, back orders don't seem to be filled without a call and a request. Other than that, great service and dependable shipping. Stick to in-stock items and you should be fine.

I hope they’re good to go, I just ordered several hundred bucks of stuff from them…we’ll find out by mid-week, when it’s due to be delivered.

I’ll say this, and I know folks generally advise against “SCUBA packages”, but I looked around a lot and I couldn’t put together the same package of stuff for the price I paid at Diver’s Supply. And they were very helpful with substituting an item that wasn’t part of the package.

Update: Everything showed up on time and, despite some UPS box-mangling, all accounted for and in good shape. Should have some time this weekend to get it all put together.
