My shop is rather weird. They ask for PPO2 and MOD as well as analysis to be written down.
There's an MOD column in the fill log at my shop. I think it's to ensure you know what you're doing. Of course, I write MOD for some things based on END, i.e. EAN32 @ 100 whereas many people use 110 (1.4 PO2) and some 130 (1.6 PO2), while other things I write MOD based on PO2, which is sometimes for ~1.6 (O2 @ 20, EAN50 @ 70), an other times for ~1.2-1.3 (21/35 @ 160, 18/45 @ 200), etc..
So it's a mixed bag, and I don't know that it buys them anything.
In any case, I don't put it on my analysis tape. No point IMO.
