so something like this for your next batch?

well, it doesn't break my rule. but it certainly violates the spirit of the rule.

veto!

I use blue painters tape

O2 / He both with decimals to denote actual analysis. If I didn't analyze the helium fraction I put that without a decimal.
eg:
21.4/34.2 compared to 20.7/35
I put the date underneath but rarely initials, never MOD (on the painters tape). I fill at home and nothing goes in the truck which doesn't have an analysis sticker which matches the MOD label.

If the cylinder is partially mixed, being reused, topped etc. I just use more tape
eg:
2700 psi of 15/55 top with 32 to 3400 for 18/45

I like the gue tape. it does has some fields I don't bother with though.
date, percentages and initials are all i put on there

hogarthian analysis stickers: if you aren't going to use it, don't put it on there =)

In all seriousness, I think last name is much better than initials, anyway. On small things like regs, initials are probably fine (esp since they're typically attached to a cylinder...with your last name on it).

MCH? Who's that? MC Hammer?

Those of us blessed with three-letter first names do not have this problem ;-)

Sincerely,
Ari

well EE has the stuff hanging there for free. that's pretty much why I use it

So PPO2 isn't required?

Analysis in the middle, I could not remember what went there.

I do not feel like paying for the GUE tape when I can use Duct tape or painters tape.

So PPO2 isn't required?

What would it be used for?

I don't write MOD or max PO2. Generally I use the analysis tape the blender put on there, which I verify and initial. When I write my own tape, it just says the mix, the date, my initials, and the fill pressure.

My shop is rather weird. They ask for PPO2 and MOD as well as analysis to be written down. I have never thought not to put it, though I never use it...makes sense. Like the rest of my gear, if I do not need it, I don't take it: if I don't need it don't write it?

Just write the analysis on there, the date, and your initials. The rest is superfluous and not needed unless you're doing the mixing and need to keep track of things. Sometimes I'll write the remaining psi in the tank to make it easier on the fill guys later, however.
