Background info: My husband and I are planning our liveaboard trip to Palau at the end of April and I really want the ability to export the dive data from my AquaLung i200c/DiverLog+ app to my laptop since we're doing so many dives in a short amount of time. As far as I know, DiverLog+ doesn't allow you to export your dive data, but after doing some research and it seemed like a DiveCloud subscription would help solve the issue.
Here is the issue: a couple weeks ago I created a DiveCloud account and, at the same time, paid for a membership. Unfortunately, it seems there was some kind of glitch in the system because I never received an email with a link to verify my account and now I am completely unable to log into the DiveCloud website. I checked my spam, tried resetting my password, tried creating a new account with the same email, searching online for help.... nothing has worked.
I reached out to DiveCloud via their Contact form. When I didn't hear back after a week, I reached out the company that owns DiveCloud: Pelagic Pressure Systems... and now no one has gotten back to me in over 2 weeks. It looks like Aqualung owns Pelagic Pressure Systems, so I just reached out to them today, but I'm super frustrated. It is completely unacceptable that a company would take my money, then not allow me to log into the account that I paid for, and not return my emails to troubleshoot the issue. Has anyone else run into this problem with DiveCloud / Pelagic / Aqualung? If so, how did you resolve it?
