Question Dive Operators and destinations in Mindanao Philippines

I will be going to Mindanao, specifically Cagayan de Oro, Hinatuan, and likely Siargao Island. I am looking for dive operators and information on dive locations. I am not interested in doing any cave diving in the Enchanted River. However if there is open water diving there worth looking at, I would be interested.
Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

I second Camiguin. 4 dive shops, good guides. I thought Coraya had the best instruction and boats. Volcan has the best guide (Tintin), Camiguin souldivers is mostly local run, and Scuba de Oro I haven't been to yet but the one instructor posts amazing videos on Facebook as they were looking for new dive sites. I'll go there next time I'm in Camiguin
