diving in Moalboal and advice on diving center

Hello We planned a few days to dive (shallow dives, till 15m) and snorkel in Moalboal but now I wonder if it's a good choice after the typhoon. Has anybody been there recently? Which other area is god for shallow diving and snorkeling? Which are the best diving centers in Moalboal? Any...

How do you arrange transport from Cebu to Apo Island? Getting a boat for my diving, and if possible also for my wife to snorkel sounds good, otherwise my wife might just spend time on land/resort.

We flew to Dumaguete and took a rental car over to Zamboanguita where we stayed at one of the dive resorts there. We booked the boat through the resort and we were able to snorkel and dive from the boat. It is a short boat ride over to Apo.

SeaQuest closed in Nov/2023. They said they're taken over by Ocean Passion.

I'm trying to find out about the dive ops, and resorts in Moalboal. There are surprisingly many, but most don't have a website, some have a facebook page.
