Dive Officer's Beach k-bay?

Hello It's the Newbie again,
I was wondering if anyone had info on diving on Officer's Beach. From the looks of it it can get rough with the currents. I just wanna be safe? Thanks

Do you mean North Beach?

Even on calm days there is current. But I have free dive it, it is nice and there are some caves.
