I keep saying it, we're going to need 3' x 4' flags for our shore dives!!!
 
I still like the idea of the mini-sub with a torpedo or two...

...and a HUGE dive flag!
 
And just think - we'd get a new artificial reef to dive!
 
Horrible, but glad it wasn't worse.
 
Two weeks ago diving off the Republic IV (Jupiter Dive Center), I watched a rather large boat drive right over the top of the DM's marker. The Captain (of the dive boat) was blowing his horn but they never stopped.

We were very lucky. It was the end of the dive and a little more than half the divers were already out of the water. The DM said he knew there was a problem because of the noise of the boat right overhead.

I think this is why dive boats should be armed.

At some of the popular wrecks around here, you can have 1-3 boats tied up to the same buoy. Better look up before you ascend, and ascend by the buoy........
