Dive Concept Tulumben : Stolen Dive Equipment. Avoid This Company.
Kevin the so called manager at Dive Concept Tulumben, took no responsibility for my stolen expensive equipment from his equipment room overnight which was in their care. $650 prescription lenses and specially mask. Ever so convenient that the CCTV system was switched off or just didn't exist. Accused of taking equipment home and refered to it as being lost !! Would not let me speak with the owner of business to resolve issue was rude and arrogant. I would not recommend this organisation at all. Take your business somewhere else because they cannot be trusted to look after expensive personal diving equipment which was stolen from their equipment room. Irresponsible bad business.
