i use the React Pro and i just purchased the Aqualand NX. love 'em both for different reasons. but for the $$$ you have to work with i think either the Atmos 2 or the React Pro would be fine choices. one of my dive buddies has the Atmos 2 and loves it....

I'll add another vote for the Atmos 2. My wife and I bought a pair and they surpassed expectations on our recent dives in Mexico. If you shop around, you can find them for $249 for the standard wrist mount. As others have written, it's available in retractor or console mounts also. Fantastic computer -- easy to use, easy to read, tough as nails! :thumb:

Hey all, I'm looking for some assistance in selecting my next dive computer. Right now I have an older Suunto favor and am looking to go to a Nitrox air integrated, hoseless system. I have looked at the Suunto Vytec and the Uwatec's. I know nothing of Uwatec but it has been recommended by a few people. I see they are easier to incorporate multiple tanks with transmitters (I'm not there yet but may be at some point - so thinking ahead). Suunto seems easy, I am familiar with them since I have one now, but they are more conservative on repetitive dives. Please, all comments, suggestions are welcome.

Jim

This may be obvious, but usually air-integration in a console mounted computer is not as expensive as wireless air integration on a wrist mount. Other than that, I prefer the wrist mount, especially if you ever need to use rental gear.
