boys, boys,...........food fight in the grade school cafeteria comes to mind...that is of course until you graduated to the big time.....frat house with beer cans and empty pizza boxes strewn accross the halls, the floors and lawn...

My word Denise! You have been INSIDE a frat house? Do tell.

My 2 cents worth for those pizza cravers. On the way to Clay's house, you can pick up several Calzones at Salvatore's place on Hwy 31. Just north of the Thai place I described earlier and across the street from the Golden Rule BBQ.

So who is doing all the whining about the weather on the 10th? Yesterday, the prob of rain on Friday was 60%. Today, the prob of rain is about 10% and the rain has moved to Saturday.

I am holding out for a sunny day with a high in the 60's. Bring some warm stuff to wrap up in during the SI.

If someone has a large camp coffee pot, then I have a small Coleman grill that will hold a pot with at least a 12" diameter base. We could use this for community hot water for drinks only.

I am planning on bring the grill and an extra bottle of gas with a tiny camp coffee pot.

RocketMan:
y'all are a bunch of pizza neophytes. You haven’t had great pizza until you have one form a mom-n-pop pizzeria in Buffalo or Chicago. No buffet can top either
Oh, I wouldn't say anything against that round Chicago food... but I'd probably have to call it pizangna or something, as it's *not* pizza.

mike_s:
public school pizza... that stuff really sucked.

you know... the kind that came in those big rectagle sheets and was square cut.

yuck.
You know, I really liked that stuff. Of course, coming from a big family and spending most of my time in private school, being able to have hot *cafeteria* food was a luxury that we only very rarely got. Still, I still had enough sense to hate the canned, overcooked vegetables that had all the flavor and texture of three-day-old pureed socks. :D
