Michigan Lake Divers Association in Port Huron, Michigan will host Wayne Brusate who will be doing a presentation on the discovery of the Regina in Lake Huron.

This is the second time Wayne has given a presentation to the MLDA, the first time he did a great job talking about Commercial Diving.

If you can make it come to our meeting Sunday, Feb 3 from 4PM till 6PM.

We meet at the Great Lakes Maritime Center at Vantage Point in Port Huron. For directions go to our website Home Page and click on the events calendar, on this page there is a button that will show you a map to the Maritime center.

Hope to see you there...

The boys and I will be there (we plan on going to Chicago too for Our world underwater):D

We are staying at the Hyatt. arriving Friday around 3:00 PM

What a bummer. Just saw this and would have definately gone for sure.

Please give a trip report? lol

It was a great presentation. I found it interesting how the State forced him to do an archacologic study of the wreck and catalog anything he removed (which could not be attached to the ship) from the site, then the State and museums would come and take whatever they wanted and he could keep the rest. Makes finding a shipwreck more hassle than its worth!
