By reputation Scubatech (the manufacturers of these regs) make their own regs. They are a Polish company based in Szczecin.

Their designs, whilst being their own, follow very closely the original Apeks and Scubapro designs.

I have no idea about quality or servicing of these regs, but meybe one of our Polish members can help. How about posting this in the Eastern European forum?
