I'll try the Vinegar water tomorrow....

The guy ( a scubapro dealer) charge me $90.000 to rebuild the firt & second stage, I SHOULD hope he put a new Oring in the first stage.... It LOOKS new!

If you have a spare cylinder or reg, you could just check those to see if it's the reg or valve. The difference between the 111 and 112 o-rings isn't obvious unless you've seen both before. Could very well just be the wrong o-ring. In any case, start checking permutations and parts. I'm sure you'll solve it soon.

I cleaned the seat on the valve. That seems to have fixed it!
