I'm pretty sure the breathholding thing will be a record and proven it's not an illusion.

About the ice block though, I saw a thing about that a few months after it happened, and they showed how he pulled it off, he was only in the block for 2-3 hours a day max, they had numerous body doubles and whatnot doing it with him, the bottom of the block was some fancy ice trapdoor...I'd be willing to bet there's some trick to his whole underwater thing as well.
