He is an illusionist. He might not even be in water. It's a trick, why would anyone recognize this stunt as a world record.

Now if Guinness set up the rules, then, he probably wouldn't last 60 seconds, it would most likely involve.......water..... LOL

He's an illusionist, but also performs physical stunts. The main elements of his shows are not illusions, but just him torturing himself in unusual ways.
