DAN Insurance Changes?

I'm in Vermont and I just got a letter in the mail from DAN.

I'm currently on the Preferred plan which they state is temporarily unavailable in Vermont. They inform me that I will be upgraded to the Guardian Plan when I renew the policy. It says that this upgrade will be "at no additional cost".

This seems like a pretty fair resolution while they deal with whatever issues they are having with the different plans that they offer in the state.
