hi,

Thinking about a trip to Dahab for 1 weeks diving next week from UK. Not booked anything yet but it looks great for I want.

My only concern is over security, terrorists etc

Im interested in anyone who has been receantly and just want to know if I will feel safe there. I don't want to go on holiday to worry about that, rather stay at home. I assume all tourist operations i.e. hotel, dive schools etc are operating as normal?

Cheers

I'm going there in 2 weeks! The only security concern is dive-related. I don't think Dahab will be a nice place for terrorist as they rather attack Sharm (more tourist) or Nuweiba (more Isrealian).
So (I hope) they will leave Dahab safe!

Well im going next week! Can't wait to get in the water:)

You mention dive security well I'm gonna dive with the company below, heard not bad things about them if that helps.
