NO GOOD!!!! JB needs a camera and housing. I thought discussed this...;)

You have to start shooting manual anyway.

yea...but I need a fix this weekend.

Think about it....the Sea Tiger engine room...the new 8" port and the fish eye!!!

Nobody can shoot manual down there at 127ft on air, I don't care what they say. Okay, well I can't. The diving keeps me busy enough. If I started reviewing shots and changing f stops, I may not live to tell about it.

Snap, snap and mosey on out.

It fits...do you know how great this is?

But now I will come to Bali. Is that October? I think you should give me private instruction and I will buy your dinners. AIMEE's too.

yes, I will.

he will still be warring.

Same place? oh god....I need an alias.

and some wine and some coffee. And some beef.

But the rooms were great.

back soon.

Manual at 127 feet is such fun, I have such fond memories :D :D...

Conversation during the surface interval...

Dive buddy "Did you see that reef shark?!!"
Me "What? There was a reef shark?"
Dive buddy "Hell yeah, it swam right past you!"
Me "Damn, I was taking a shot of a Christmas tree worm"

:rofl3::rofl3::rofl3:

And congrats on the new D200 Catherine, there's nothing quite as nice as a new toy.
So what are your first impressions of it?

I shoot manual on the San Francisco with no problems. A little slow perhaps...;)
We can take frozen steaks Catherine.

Jam, got my 60mm today. I was going to try it out tomorrow but we are getting a storm tonight, maybe 8-10" of snow...:(

Catherine, I bought a new 8" dome with the guard on it....

Damn, no fisheye though...

What's the guard for? shadows?

Like you really needed that. (but I am happy for you)

he ha. yes, we had that happen in Bali shooting macro. JB couldn't get over the fact nobody cared about the shark, all huddled in the sand taking shots of teeny tiny "snails" as he calls them.

I keep telling him macro is an aquired taste.

I can't compute at that depth, so why not just admit it?

Well, the camera is a little heavier I think. I put the 12-24 on it and took some pics of Marley, the dog. I'll post them, he was sort of rolling his eyes it seems.

My old D-100 CCD screen looks like a dirty windshield, so it will be nice for that reason alone.

Jam, what's that WA lens some of the gurus like? Not the 12-24....maybe parabolic has it. Does Warren have it?

really? The water did not fill it in?

buzzards flying around.....

I bet it just bugged you. Jb dropped his helmet with some expensive sheild on it and it rolled down the driveway, and he almost cried. They sell this stuff on an infomercial that I bet would fix it.

No, not the 12-24, I have that one. I will go find it. I love this "other" lense they are using. And Sigma makes it and its half the price of the Nikon 12-24.

I could use another strobe.
