Did you actually find a place to park? I was there about 10 with my gear hoping I could dive but had issues. Regardless, it was very crowded. Going this week.

Sea ya!

We got there at nine and half the parking lot was empty. We had a very nice dive -- no current, viz quite acceptable by my standards as long as we didn't disturb it. When we got out, the parking lot was FULL!

Viz at Titlow on Saturday was 10-15' and not near as murky as it's been.
Had a good couple of dives there.

Viz at Cove 2 today was probably 20 feet at the I-beams, not quite so good shallow, and not quite as good on the second dive (but then it was shallower, so maybe it was the same). We saw 5 different kinds of nudibranchs -- it was fun.

Dove EUP this morning at 9:30. All conditions were great except the visibility. Kinda chunky in spots but the best I got was 15' from 30fsw off the jetty until out to the last park border buoy. I wonder if it's better on an incoming tide?

Still a great day to be a SCUBA diver in Puget Sound. Lots of critters including a mongo big cabby and a smaller one that rammed my buddy about three times before he knew what was going on. Too funny!

Sea ya!

Redondo this morning was 15 to 20 feet. Better as you got deeper.

Mike...

Boy, Edmonds this afternoon was somewhat better -- I'd say 20' -- but the tide was so low we waded out 20 or 30 feet past the jetty . . .

Cove 2 tonight was probably the same, except where the seal was stirring up the silt. And no, it wasn't me :)

Muk State Park this morning had zero current and 25-30ft of clear waters. Walls full of life today too. What a great dive, I am 10 for 10 for slack so far in 2006!
