The other day, I did a 1:1 tank swap with a fellow. I gave him two AL 80s, and he gave me a pair of LP 104s. I think I got the better end of the deal, but the steel tanks are kinda rusty inside--mostly light flash rust, no pits or anything--and the question before me is this:
