On our dive Sat. with Frank Lukowski on the Redondo Beach artificial reef, I happened upon a short tussle between a yellow crab, Cancer anthonyi, and a brown rock crab, Cancer antennarius.
Yellow kept a firm grip on Brown.
Yellow lifted Brown off the bottom!
Brown attempts to pull free.
Loser Brown retreats.
