Well, I called them a 3rd time 3 days ago and the guy I spoke to said they would be back in touch with me that day or the next day at the latest. GUESS WHAT? Yep, as it seems there business practice dictates, NO RETURN CALL. So I called my credit card today and am taking care of it that way.
It's ashame. And they claim "tuxedo level service." Guess thats a rental tux......
