I am considering changing my tank (currently an aluminum 90) to a steel - If I were to shoot high (steel 130) how much weight do you think I would be able to drop?

Depending on which tank and which finish, but i'd guess at least 7lbs and probably more.

I own 4 steels, 1 Faber LP 95, 2 XS8 HP 119, and 1 XS7 HP 100. With these I dive 16lbs. When I use boat tanks AL 80 or 100 I dive 22 to 24 lbs.

With the Faber tank I can get down to 14lbs comfortabley

Just my personnel experiance
