Conshelf SE3 service kit Question w/images

I just put a kit into a Conshelf 11 and it had a blue seat. It was a stock Aqualung kit- factory OEM, not an aftermarket.

.......Frankly, most of us use all aftermarket parts for the Conshelfs these days........

Where are you sourcing those parts from? I've been digging but can't seem to locate much.

though lots of folks just use a 2-006 split PTFE washer (McMaster Carr 9560KL32 or TheOringStore ST006)

2-111 will fit, though kit o-ring is 2.64x12.30, which is closer to an ISO3601 B0100

There is no non-Aqualung source I am aware of for the thrust washer 821026 though I have a few NOS parts left. If folks need more thrust washers, I can try to order. I've contacted Scubagaskets to see if they can get it made.

I had to teach myself about o-rings after reading your post.

so AS568 is a standard (Aero Space 568) and Duro Number is a hardness scale...measured with a durometer.

But let me ask you....there is some part of your post that I don't understand.

For example....Take the first o-ring you mention:

your reference says: AS568 2-006 Duro 90 o-ring

AS568 (as568 standard)
006 (size)
Duro 90 (Duro Hardness: 90)

What is the 2?

The 2- before the 006?

PS. this is the only one on your list with a tiny typo....your aqualung part number says 800080...according to my kit it should be 820080

Re: your question about the "2-" prefix...
I'm no historian, so others should chime in here, but as far as I know, the prefix refers to the original Parker Hannifin series for the o-ring sizes. Here's a screenshot from their book:

For scuba purposes, they had the 2-series, and the 500 series, commonly abbreviated 5-xxx.
But yes, folks commonly refer just to an '011' port plug o-ring rather than a 2-011. They mean the same.
