Condo Suggestions?

is there any snorkeling from beach- we are all divers but like to snorkel rather than lay around pool

I am torn between Residencias and Paradise Condos only because Paradis Condos have good snorkling from beach. any thoughts? Also Residencias is a little more $ but looks awesome> is there any beach snorkeling within walking distance.
