This is not a highrise but a small friendly beach community, named Atlantic Beach Villas, with a mix of one level villas and townhomes. During the summer there are less than 12 full time residents so you have the place to yourself! Large heated pool and clubhouse. Scuba divers...suit up in your living room, and walk to the ocean for a beach dive! There are beautiful coral reefs swimming distance offshore. This is one of only 6 ground floor villas with no stairs, a large backyard and large patio. Of these 6 this is the only one available for rent. Car port parking included. This property is East of A1A and is right on the ocean. Walk to grocery store and other shops at Sea Ranch Plaza approximately ¼ mile away. Walk to the shops and restaurants at Lauderdale by the Sea and Anglin’s Pier. Lauderdale by the Sea is a quaint beach town between Pompano Beach and Fort Lauderdale Beach. Walk/run/rollerblade down A1A. This rare unit will not last long. Washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven included. Central AC/heat. Unit is offered unfurnished. Sorry, no pets. 1750 square feet.

Yeah, it is a really cool place. My family has had a place there as long as I've been alive, it's tough to beat for shore diving.
