Tempted to rig up a shelter like that for the next time I go out. Have a fold out canopy so just need to think about getting a tarpaulin and some bungies to do the sides. Not sure if I would bother with the heater but a small camp stove might be a good idea.
 
We don't usually get very much snow out here in the Puget Sound. When we do, my wife always asks, "Are you still diving today? It's snowing." To which I always reply, "It's not snowing underwater."
