Say what?

Oh... so Viking bayonet mount cuffs, no wrist seals and generally, a heater pack in each glove in between the liner and outer glove. You hear the odd concern about these over heating and causing burns in an oxygen-rich environments. (i.e. inflating your suit from a rich nitrox, or deco gas...) Hence putting them outside the liners.
 
In the SSI training material they recommended using a short length of surigal tubing in-between the drysuit wrist seal and the glove seal to avoid squeeze, is that what you mean about airflow?

That may not be enough. I’m in the habit of pulling a significant amount of undergarment under the wrist seal.
