Dry Glove Leak Testing?

That's odd for sure. Makes sure you don't have any wrinkles in the material. I haven't had any leaks in my showa 660s. Look at the glove material going under the o-ring to ensure it's smooth. Any wrinkle could cause a very slight leak over time.

Best I can tell there are no wrinkles but the diameter of the XL glove appears to be slightly larger than the ring so it seems like that extra glove diameter has to go somewhere which might end up in minor wrinkles. I think that's the most likely scenerio but like I said I can't see any wrinkles and uploaded pictures showing how great they look. Maybe I'll try reseeding the glove again.

Try pulling your gloves inside out and do the pressure test again....sometimes with a small puncture, the material will press closed when pressure tested in one direction and push open when pressure tested the other way. It sounds odd, but its true.

If the diameter of the glove is larger than your rings, then mount the rings further up from the end of the cuff, as the cuff tapers towards the hand of the glove.

Also, I would recommend switching to the SHOWA 720 glove...they are nitrile dipped and more cut/puncture resistant than the the PVC dipped gloves you are currently using.
