Cleaning Atomic Mask with ARC lenses

My dog ate my technisub micro mask, so i've ended up buying an atomics mask
I was about to go home and give it a good scrub out with toothpaste, but i'm worried now about it damaging the ARC coating
Does anyone know if there's any special cleaning instructions for the atomics arc masks, or can i just go for it?
