Christmas island

Hi

I am planning a week or so to Christmas Island this year and wondered if anyone has any top tips.

Planning to time it (like everyone does) to coincide with the red crab migration and the whale sharks.

Any dive operation recommendations, accommodation tips or 'must do' activities in addition to the above?

I was there a couple of years ago. Choices of dive operators is very small. One - two if you count one of the part timers. Indian Ocean Diving Academy. One boat. Two morning dives. I stayed at Sunset Point and it was convenient, clean, and comfortable.
