Chat forum crashes every 5-15 minutes.

Hi,

This isn't the periodically logout function, it boots everyone, then will not connect for a few minutes. Feels like a server service is crashing repeatedly.

The Chat is a third part application that we license.

According to their Twitter and Facebook feeds, they are having a problem:

Ok, thanks for the info..
Every time I try to go into chat, it says; omron, Success. Signing in...., then after a minute or two it says....Connection to server timed out
